How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS and email so you can follow your package in real time.

What are the shipping charges?

✨ FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499

📦 A flat shipping fee may apply on lower-value orders.

Additional COD handling charges may apply where Cash on Delivery is available.

We request customers to place COD orders only if they genuinely intend to accept the parcel.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

❤️ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and issue photos/videos.

❤️ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

How are refunds processed?

  • Store Credit, or
  • Refund to the original payment method (depending on the case)
