At Viran Jewels, every order is packed with care and quality checks before dispatch. Since our jewellery pieces are delicate fashion accessories, we maintain a strict refund and exchange policy to ensure hygiene, product safety, and fairness for all customers. Inspired by industry-standard jewellery and fashion policies.


🔁 Exchange Eligibility

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Style preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screens
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability

However, we will gladly assist you if you receive:

❤️ A damaged product
❤️ A wrong item
❤️ A tampered package


📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any complaint regarding a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory.
  • The parcel label must be visible in the video.
  • Complaints without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

This helps us verify issues quickly and fairly.


⏰ Reporting Timeline

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you face any issue with your order.

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.


📦 Conditions for Exchange Approval

To qualify for an exchange:

✨ Product must be unused and unworn
✨ Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
✨ Product should not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.


💳 Refund Policy

We generally do not offer direct monetary refunds.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it may be issued as:

     Store Credit, or

     Refund to the original payment method (only in eligible cases)

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider. Industry-standard refund timelines generally range between 5–10 business days after approval.


🚚 Exchange Shipping

     Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the error occurred from our end.

     If a replacement product is unavailable, suitable alternatives or store credit may be offered.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

Therefore:

     Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

     Cancellation requests placed immediately after ordering may be considered only if dispatch has not been initiated yet.


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Requests made after the reporting window
  • Minor finish/color variations
  • Refused COD orders
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/wrong item received)
